We use chunky rails of solid sal wood to build our frames. This type of wood is chosen for its straight grain, giving it fantastic strength and solidity to stand up to the rigours of daily use for many years to come. In addition, our joining team use screw-fixed strengthening corner blocks and dowelled joints to maintain the frame’s integrity — this much more effective than the staples and glue used on many other sofas. That’s the reason our furniture frames life is long lasting 5 to 7 years easily.

High Density Foam at Seat

In all our sofas, we use ample amounts of high-quality 40 density foam, delivering maximum comfort. Several densities of foam are used across the piece to provide bouncing and comfort while sitting on the sofa so that customers won’t face any problem such as back pain while sitting on the sofa. We fix foam to the seat in a unique way, ensuring seat cushioning will remain firmly in place for the lifetime of the sofa seat.
