Our product has to go through 6 stages to deliver the customer. 1st stage – Framing of the product. 2ndstage – springs and belts attached for the comfortness. 3rd stage – Foaming and stitching. 4th stage – once the product is ready we perform a quality check by professional. 5th stage – To deliver a safe product we ensure heavy and sturdy packing. 6th stage – We have one of the best courier service to deliver the product at your doors step.
We have skilled labor who are hired by our professional team. We have special training team to give them knowledge to make a better sofa set which they can use in their craftmanship.
Framing
Framing of the sofa : –
1) SALWOOD – Sal is one of the most important sources of hardwood timber in India, with hard, coarse-grained wood that is light in color. The wood is resinous and durable, and is sought-after for construction, although not well suited to planning and polishing.
Sal wood is 25% to 30% heavier than teak wood and 45% to 50% harder and more durable than teak. It is resistant to white ants, termites and fungi. It is durable and water
Resistant
2) 18MM PLYWOOD – WE USE A-grade plywood. Made from multiple layers of wood veneer, plywood is a very strong material to work with. It won’t soak up water and liquids as quickly or easily as MDF does so it’s less susceptible to water damaged holds screws very tightly since the varying grains of wood on each layer give the screws something to hold onto
Mechanism framing
MECHANISM OF FRAMING – Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with modern machinery to build a perfect frame for the sofa set. We have professional frame maker to get work done neatly. The frame has to go through quality check to proceed the next level.
The heavy-duty electric staple/brad nail gun has outstanding driving power, a unique dual power lever (Hi/Lo) designed for use with hard or soft materials, a quick-jam-clear mechanism that saves time and hassle.
S-spring
Serpentine springs – They are known for the best suspension system. They’re made with heavy-gauge steel wires bent into a continuous line of vertical S-shaped coils. They provide the sofa a pleasant bouncy feel and adding extra comfort in the seating of the sofa.
The more springs a couch has, and the closer together they are, the more supportive and firmer the seating.
Stitching and Sewing
STICHING AND SEWING – Sewing is the craft of fastening or attaching objects using stitches made with a sewing needle and thread. Fine hand sewing is a characteristic of high-quality tailoring in which the needle and thread simply pass over and under two pieces of fabric. It’s exactly the same as a basting stitch, except it is sewn more tightly to create a secure and permanent bind.
Check – 3 types of check:-
1) During production inspection also known as DUPRO, is a quality control inspection conducted while production is underway. This step is particularly useful for products that are in continuous production that have strict requirements and when quality issues have been found prior to manufacturing
2) Pre-shipment inspections are an important step in the quality control process and the method for checking the quality of goods before they are shipped. PSI ensures that production complies with the specifications of the buyer. This inspection process is conducted on finished products when at least 80% of the order has been packed for shipping
3) Container loading and unloading inspections ensure your products are loaded and unloaded correctly. Inspectors will supervise throughout the whole process and ensure your products are handled professionally to their safe arrival to their final destination.
Cloth material
Suede Fabric – If you like the look of leather and suede but you have kids and pets, then microfiber or micro-suede fabric upholstery could be your best fabric option for your new sofa. The look would be like leather and the feel would be smooth like
fabric. Suede fabric is always finished in dual tone. Suede Velvet which has the feel of velvet and is more durable than the normal velvet. Smoother than suede fabric.
Molfino Fabric – Molfino Fabric is highly standardized. Its attractive design and fine finishing are owed to our skilled designers. Made in compliance with the set industry norms and guidelines, quality of this product never deteriorates
Faux leather – It’s an artificial leather which is very durable and will last a long time. It can withstand scratches and scrapes that would mar genuine leather. It is not prone to crack or peel like leather. Unlike genuine leather, it does not retain moisture, so faux leather items will not become warped or cracked. Stainless leather
Customization – We are known for our manufacturing unit for
furniture, these products are made to order products therefore they
can be modified in size, color and configuration according to your requirement. We share our experience with you to make the furniture better and understand your need for the design. Our executive contacts our buyer within 48 hours’ time for the confirmation and if any requirement in customization after you have placed the order.
Professional packaging
Packaging – We have professional packers who are skilled and
trained in packing the sofa firmly so that the product reaches
you safely. We have two teams in packing one is the packers
and second team is for the quality check of the packaging.
Mainly without a good packing the sofa cannot be delivered safely at your door step.
Delivery service
Delivery service – We have the best delivery service , we always make
sure there is no hassle for the customer in regards with the delivery. As
these are heavy products, we ensure everything is placed properly to
make sure it’s a smooth delivery at buyer house. We send proper
equipped labor to get the product delivered at your doorstep.
Most Important aspect – Dimensions of the sofa overall 2 seater length – 62 inches width – 34 inches , height – 32 inches and the ottman length – 40 inches width – 18 inches and height – 18 inches. As this product is made to order product so we can provide customization on color , size and seating configuration as we manufacture this product.
Important to know the material – A] The inner material – 1) Solid Salwood used for the frame material. 2) Elastic belts and springs used to produce more comfort for seating. 3) 40 density foam to be used(Please contact us if require extra softness in seatin). B] Outter material – 1) Molfino is a high grade wonderful upholstery fabric manufactured on multi-needle. 2) The legs are made out of solid wood.
1)Sal wood – Is highly durable and very strong. It is also heavier and tougher than teak and is resistant to fungi, water and termites. 2) Foam Density – 40 density foam is firm in the start and does soften but over time. When you first purchase a couch you will notice how much firmer it tends to be. After a few months, the couch typically softens up
Assembly – The product would be dispatched in assembled state with heavy packaging and the legs of the sofa set would be send seperately which the customer has to get it fixed. Please understand this is heavy product it would delivered at your door step according to vechile and labour availibilty so kindly please cooperate with the seller.
We are providing you with the warranty on the product on the manufacturing defect i.e frame warranty is for 10 years and the warranty on the foam is is for 4 years. Please note that in the case of online pictures of the item, the colors on the monitor at home may differ from the original colors.
